I hope you enjoy these! My passion in art is drawing in pen and ink: birds. I have severe carpal tunnel and am unable to draw the smaller, finer details I was used to doing before - so have taken up photography and have received a new camera - a FujiFilm FinePix S9100/S9600 - It is an amazing piece of equipment and with it were two extra lens-extenders to extend the zoom capability (already at 10X Optical).

As a former wildlife rehabilitator (1986-2003), I frequently will receive calls to rescue wild birds - there are a few shots of these in my gallery, but I prefer to catch and turn in to a local vet or another rehabber, or catch and release, as the case may be, without a lot of stress to the critter by taking photos of an injured, scared animal.

I think WunderGround is a lot of fun and have been enjoying this site tremendously - meeting other photog's from all over the world is one of the best - but seeing their photos! WOW! :)
